RainTech Terms of Service Effective Date: July 20, 2026 1. Acceptance of Terms By using RainTech's website, buying products, or asking for services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services. 2. Services RainTech offers services such as: Computer checkups Hardware repairs Software fixes Virus and malware removal Custom PC design and building Laptop upgrades Data transfer Data recovery (best effort) Networking help Tech consulting Product sales What we offer may change without notice. 3. Quotes and Estimates All estimates are given in good faith. Final prices may change if: More damage is found More work is needed More parts are needed You ask for more work We will contact you for approval before any extra paid work, when we can. 4. Payments Payment is due when the work is done, unless agreed otherwise in writing. RainTech accepts the payment methods shown at checkout or on your invoice. Late payments may lead to a delayed device return or collection actions allowed by law. 5. Device Pickup Please pick up your device within 30 days, unless we agree to something else. RainTech may charge a fair storage fee for devices left longer. Devices left for a long time may be disposed of by law after fair notice. 6. Customer Responsibilities Customers agree to: Give correct contact details. Remove passwords when possible, or give temp access if needed. Back up important data before service. Tell us about known issues or past repair tries. 7. Data Loss We take care, but repairs have risks. RainTech is not responsible for: Lost files Broken operating systems Accidental data loss Failed storage drives Encryption or password problems You are responsible for keeping backups. 8. Product Sales Products depend on what is in stock. Specs may change without notice based on what suppliers have. Prices may change before you buy. 9. Intellectual Property All content on this site, like logos, branding, graphics, photos, and writing, belongs to RainTech unless noted. No content may be copied without written permission. 10. Limitation of Liability As much as the law allows, RainTech is not liable for indirect, accidental, special, or similar damages from using our site, products, or services. RainTech's total liability will not exceed what you paid for the service or product. 11. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be handled in courts within California. 12. Changes RainTech may change these Terms at any time. Updated Terms take effect when posted. 13.
